Financing
A Center For Dental Health asks patients to pay for their treatment at the time of service. However, we know sometimes this is not possible. In certain circumstances, we can provide you with a selection of financing programs.

Our most popular plan is Chase Health Advance. It is a flexible patient payment program specifically designed for healthcare expenses. This makes it easier for you to get the treatment you need at a price you can afford. It is ideal for co-payments, deductibles, and procedures not covered by insurance.

Chase Health Advance enables you to begin your treatment immediately, but pay for it over time with low monthly payments. They offer a range of no-interest and extended-payment plans to aid you in financing your dental care.

With Chase Health Advance you pay no up-front costs, no pre-payment penalties, and no hidden fees. Plus, both are revolving credit lines for additional treatment or add-on charges, without the need to re-apply.
